inspection. As the most important member of our team, you will be involved with the construction
of your new home every step of the way. The rest of your team includes Glenn Davis, who manages the
construction, Janet Pritchard, your own personal interior coordinator, and Mark Pritchard, who helps
with cost estimates and getting the process started. From the beginning we can help in the design of
your home offering the features you want that also fit in your budget.
Want to make changes to an existing plan, or design an entirely new plan? No problem. You can work
with our architects, Danze & Davis Architects, or choose your own. We will work with you
and the architect so that the home reflects your liftstyle. Builders, architects, and other
consultants such as interior designers need to remember that it is your home, not theirs,
so that you get the home you want. Combine the architect's knowledge with our input, and you
have a killer package.
